Assange false charges

Espionage, according to U.S. law, is the act of obtaining, delivering, transmitting, communicating, or receiving information about national defense with the intent or reason to believe it will be used to harm the United States or aid a foreign nation.
This is codified under 18 U.S. Code Chapter 37.
As there was no intent to harm the United States or Aid a foreign nation
As such he has never committed the offence he was forced to plead guilty to.
