Hezbollah Rockets Supply

Hezbollah obtains its rockets and other weaponry from several sources, primarily focusing on support from Iran and, to a lesser extent, Syria. Here's a breakdown:

1. Iran:
Primary Supplier: Iran is Hezbollah's main backer, providing financial support, training, and weapons.
Rocket Manufacturing and Shipment: Iran sends advanced missile technology, including guided rockets and ballistic missile components, to Hezbollah. These shipments often involve covert smuggling routes through Syria and Lebanon.
Locally Produced Rockets: Iran has also supported Hezbollah in establishing local manufacturing facilities in Lebanon, enabling the group to produce its own rockets.

2. Syria:
Logistics Hub: Syria acts as a crucial transit point for Iranian weapons being smuggled into Lebanon. Hezbollah also benefits from Syrian stockpiles of older Soviet-era weaponry.
Direct Contributions: During close military collaboration, Syria has supplied Hezbollah with short- to medium-range rockets and other arms.

3. Domestic Manufacturing:
Hezbollah has developed its own arms-manufacturing capabilities, reportedly producing a range of rockets, drones, and other weapons within Lebanon. This minimizes reliance on foreign shipments and avoids detection.

4. Black Markets and Other Networks:
Though less significant compared to state support, Hezbollah may occasionally source weapons from regional black markets or allied groups.

Rocket Arsenal:
Hezbollah's arsenal includes:
Short-Range Rockets: Like the Katyusha (range up to 40 km).
Medium-Range Missiles: Such as the Fateh-110 and Zelzal missiles (Iranian origin).
Advanced Precision Missiles: Increasing reports suggest Hezbollah has acquired precision-guided munitions (PGMs) from Iran.

Hezbollah's military infrastructure and access to advanced weaponry make it one of the most heavily armed non-state actors globally.
