Capitalism – the facts

There is always big talk about the US Capitalist system so here are the facts and it's not as simple as you think.

Firstly it is well known that 90% of the USA wealth is owned by the top 10% of the people.

And the wealthiest pay little to no taxes putting their wealth into assets not income.

Have you ever wondered how a country like the USA with $`32T+ national debt can walk into a Country like Australia and buy our companies? Virtual Money and manipulation.

Also all world currencies exchange rates are set via the US$, but think about that.

An American can easily buy a car from Japan or China but they can’t buy an American car. So Americans are laughing but don’t realise that every car sold by China is at a proportionate price to their internal Economy, so lots of cars sold many people in work and paid at a rate proportional to their internal Economy. So China is booming on the world financial stage.

And the problem with perceived wealth is the method of GDP Calculation. It includes the income of people and in the USA a basketball player can get a $50M contract while the average American can’t pay rent. So the average income is perceived as high.

GDP should be calculated on a similar method like Inflation, on a set value of a basket of goods and then a kilo of rice in China is the same value as a kilo in USA

Watch the world economy then.

Problem is the rules are set by the rich and so as long as they want, they will get richer at the worlds expense.
